DESCRIPTION

Ammonium bicarbonate product introduction

Ammonium bicarbonate is a white compound, granular, plate or columnar crystal and has ammoniacal odor. Ammonium bicarbonate is a kind of carbonate, so it must not be placed together with the acid, or the acid will react with ammonium bicarbonate to generate carbon dioxide and ammonium bicarbonate will deteriorate. However, in rural areas, since ammonium bicarbonate can react with acid, place ammonium bicarbonate in the vegetable greenhouse, seal the greenhouse, and place ammonium bicarbonate at a high place, and add dilute hydrochloric acid to it. Then ammonium bicarbonate will react with hydrochloric acid to produce ammonium chloride, water and carbon dioxide. Carbon dioxide can promote plant photosynthesis and increase vegetable yield, and the ammonium chloride produced can also be used as fertilizer again. In the chemical formula of ammonium bicarbonate, there is ammonium ion, so it is an ammonium salt, and ammonium salt cannot be placed together with the alkali. Therefore, ammonium bicarbonate shall not be placed together with sodium hydroxide or calcium hydroxide.

Product use:

1. As a nitrogen fertilizer, it is suitable for all kinds of soil and can provide both ammonium nitrogen and carbon dioxide required for crop growth, but it has low nitrogen content and is easy to agglomerate;

2. It can be used as an analytical reagent, and be used to synthesize ammonium salt and degrease fabrics;

3. It can promote the crop growth and photosynthesis, accelerate the growth of seeds and leaves, be used as top dressing, or be directly applied as base fertilizer, and be used as food expansion agent;

4. It can be used as a high-grade food leavening agent. It can be used together with sodium bicarbonate as raw material of bulking agent for bread, biscuits and pancakes, and can also be used as raw material of foaming powder juice. It is also used for blanching green vegetables and bamboo shoots, and for medicines and reagents;

5. It can be used as the buffer and the inflating agent.

6. Ammonium bicarbonate has been widely used in the plastic and rubber industry, pottery production, chrome tanning and synthesis catalysts.

7. Ammonium bicarbonate has the advantages of quick-acting, low price, economical, no hardening of soil, suitable for various crops and soils, and can be used as both base fertilizer and top dressing. It is popular with farmers. The annual consumption of ammonium bicarbonate is about 1/4 of the total output of nitrogen fertilizer, and it is the most widely used nitrogen fertilizer product next to urea in China. The disadvantages of ammonium bicarbonate are mainly that it is volatile and the utilization rate of nitrogen is low. Therefore, in production, we should make the best use of its advantages and avoid its disadvantages, and use it reasonably.
